I have such great admiration for Jung and the work he’s doing through Life ROI.

Jung created an environment that was fun, empowering, and insightful. Most importantly it was a judgment-free space; Jung was respectful in where the participants were on their journey. He modeled humor and vulnerability, sharing his own experiences and in turn that made it easier for us to drop any armor and match his vulnerability. I appreciated my fellow participant's honesty and courage.

It was satisfying to spend time with people who were curious and looking to better define what success looks like with clarity for them. Jung held a space for us that made for open, honest dialogue; when we needed to go off-topic to talk through a particular idea, obstacle, or blind spot, Jung supported and encouraged it.

I enrolled in the Life ROI cohort as I was changing professions and simultaneously preparing for my youngest to head off to college. Those 6 weeks participating in Life ROI had a profound impact on my personal life as well as my professional growth. I gained clarity about the choices I made and from what core beliefs those choices came from. Because of our group discussions and the tools shared in our cohort, I gathered some surprising insights into not just my strengths, and areas I need to improve, but how self-perceptions and some rather unhealthy expectations dictated choices I made in my career, personal life, and even my parenting. Like the empathetic and phenomenal leader he is, Jung could sense I had a mental block in visualizing THAT DAY. A quick check-in to graciously remind me to not overthink, it made all the difference. Now when I feel myself not aligned with my values and personal brand I’ll take a minute to visualize THAT DAY and pull tools from my Life ROI toolbox.
